BLED TOURS d.o.o. provides travel agency services, excursions, transfers, airport transfers, private transport, bus transport, group travel, guide services, accommodation support, conferences, business events, MICE services and other tourism-related services.
The exact scope, price, date, time, route, location and conditions of each service depend on the specific offer, inquiry confirmation, reservation confirmation or written agreement between the customer and BLED TOURS d.o.o.
2. Website Use
The website is intended to provide general information about our services and to allow users to submit inquiries, contact us or make reservations where available. Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, disrupt website functionality or use the website for unlawful purposes.
3. Inquiries and Offers
Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not automatically create a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only when it has been accepted and confirmed by BLED TOURS d.o.o. in writing or through an official reservation/payment confirmation.

4. Reservations
The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information when submitting a reservation or inquiry. This includes contact details, travel details, pickup location, destination, date, time, passenger number and any special requirements.
BLED TOURS d.o.o. is not responsible for service issues, delays, additional costs or inability to provide the service caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information provided by the customer.
5. Prices
Prices may be listed on the website or provided individually by offer. Unless stated otherwise, prices are provided in euros. Custom services are priced according to the scope of service, distance, duration, number of passengers, vehicle type, availability, season, complexity, third-party costs and any additional requirements.
BLED TOURS d.o.o. reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors or technical mistakes before confirming a reservation.
6. Online Payments via Stripe

8. Cancellations by the Customer

Unless different cancellation terms are stated in a confirmed offer, reservation confirmation or written agreement, BLED TOURS d.o.o. reserves the right to retain reasonable costs already incurred in connection with the reservation, including payment processing costs, administrative work, supplier costs and non-refundable third-party charges.

9. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are processed using the original payment method where technically possible. The time required for the funds to appear on the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider, card issuer or bank.
Payment processing fees, third-party costs, administrative costs or non-refundable supplier charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law and where such costs have already been incurred.
10. Cancellations or Changes by BLED TOURS d.o.o.
BLED TOURS d.o.o. may cancel, modify or reschedule a service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather conditions, road closures, traffic disruption, vehicle breakdown, illness, supplier failure, safety concerns, force majeure, legal restrictions or other operational reasons.
Where possible, we will offer a reasonable alternative, rescheduling option or refund in accordance with the nature of the service and applicable law.
11. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing correct contact, travel and billing information, being present at the agreed pickup point on time, carrying valid travel documents where required, complying with reasonable safety instructions and informing us in advance about special requirements, reduced mobility, large luggage, child seats, pets or other relevant circumstances.
12. Delays
BLED TOURS d.o.o. makes reasonable efforts to provide services on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, border controls, weather, accidents, roadworks, strikes, airport procedures, customer delay, third-party suppliers or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Luggage and Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. BLED TOURS d.o.o. is not responsible for lost, forgotten, damaged or stolen items unless caused by proven intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
